I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

Desktop:
  1. In your browser, go to www.chainels.com.
  2. Click on Login at the top-right of the page.
  3. Click on Forgot Password? below the Log in button.
  4. Enter the email address of your Chainels account and click on Send.
  5. You will receive an email from Chainels to reset your password. Click on the link in the email in order to set a new password.

If you do not receive an email within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder.

iOS:
  1. Go to the Chainels app.
